Article 1: Purpose
The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions is to define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the sale of products offered by the Seller to the Customer.
Article 2: Products
The products offered for sale are those appearing on the Site, with their descriptions and characteristics.
The photographs are provided for illustrative purposes.
Article 3: Price
Product prices are indicated in euros including all taxes (TTC), excluding delivery costs.
Delivery costs are charged in addition and indicated before the order is confirmed.
The Seller reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood that the products will be invoiced on the basis of the prices in effect at the time of validation of the order.
Article 4: Order
The Customer can place an order on the Site.
The order constitutes acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions.
Any order implies unreserved acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions.
Article 5: Payment
Payment for the order is made by credit card, by PayPal. Payment is due upon ordering.
Article 6: Delivery
The products are delivered to the address indicated by the Customer when ordering.
Delivery times are given as an indication.
The Seller shall not be held liable for delays in delivery due to force majeure.
Article 7: Right of withdrawal
In accordance with current legislation, the Customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to provide reasons or pay penalties, with the exception of return costs.
Article 8: Warranty
The products benefit from the legal guarantee against hidden defects.
Article 9: Liability
The Seller shall not be held liable for any inconvenience or damage inherent in the use of the Internet, in particular a breakdown in service, external intrusion or the presence of computer viruses.
Article 10: Personal data
The personal data collected is necessary for processing the order and managing customer relations.
The Client has the right to access, rectify and oppose data concerning him/her, in accordance with the Data Protection Act.
Article 11: Applicable law and attribution of jurisdiction
These General Terms and Conditions are subject to French law. Any dispute relating to the interpretation and execution of these General Terms and Conditions will be brought before the competent courts.
